Coaching Portfolio
Building Players. Building Programs.
A decade on the sideline has taught me that great coaching is about developing people, not just athletes.
Coaching Philosophy
01
Film First
Every great play starts in the film room. I teach players to see the game before they play it — reading defenses, understanding tendencies, and anticipating what's coming.
02
Fundamentals Win
Championships are built on the basics. Footwork, hand placement, route running — the details that separate good players from great ones.
03
Character Over Talent
I recruit and develop character first. The most talented player on the field is only as valuable as their commitment to the team.
04
Process Over Results
Focus on the process and the results take care of themselves. I teach players to compete every rep, every practice, every game.
